Metro Finance does not ask for a fee in advance from you. The key facts illustration indicates the fee payable by you for our services once the mortgage has completed. We may from time to time contact you to give you information about mortgages. If you do not want us to keep in contact with you please tell us.
Metro Finance aims to provide you with a first class service to meet your specific needs. However, if you have a complaint about our service please tell us and we shall try our best to put it right and we will respond to your complaint within 5 days. If having given us the opportunity to rectify your complaint you are still dissatisfied, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for action by them.
